The Downtown Chagrin Falls program is based on the model from the National Trust for Historic Preservation. The Board of Directors consists of an Executive Committee and a general Board of volunteers, representing the residential, business, educational, civic and governmental segments of the Village. The Executive Committee meets monthly to plan the projects and programs of the organization.
